I’ve spent the past decade as a nature and award winning adventure photographer and film maker, learning the art of being in the right place at exactly the right moment.

In the wild, there are no second takes. A fleeting glance, a break in the clouds, the precise second light hits a landscape — you capture it, or it’s gone.

That instinct for anticipation, adaptability and visual storytelling runs through everything I shoot, from remote expeditions to weddings, events and global brand campaigns. The setting might change, but the principle doesn’t: moments matter.

Before working full-time behind the lens, I spent almost a decade in brand marketing at William Grant & Sons, helping shape campaigns, launches and stories from concept through to execution. It means I approach every project with both sides of my brain — creating imagery that looks beautiful, but always understanding what it needs to do.

I’m drawn to the wild, the unpredictable and the places where things don’t always go to plan. With Amazonian roots, adventure has been part of my story from the beginning.

I’ve sailed to Antarctica with National Geographic, tracked migrating orca through the Norwegian fjords, documented polar bears in Canada, sailed into the High Arctic in search of walrus and Arctic fox, and recorded humpback whales beneath the water while stranded in the Arctic Ocean.

Every experience has shaped the way I work: stay curious, anticipate the moment, adapt when things change, and look for the stories others might miss.
